On May 15 and 16, RMEP Unite, the annual exchange platform hosted by RM Equity Partners (RMEP), brought together leaders from 19 portfolio companies for the fifth time. The event focused on sharing current developments, exchanging insights, and strengthening the personal and professional connections that form the foundation of the RMEP network.
The two-day event took place in Warsaw and was defined by intensive roundtable discussions covering a broad range of strategic and operational topics – with a clear focus on how AI-powered tools are being leveraged to improve efficiency, scale workflows, and enhance decision-making. The roundtables were moderated by designated table captains who ensured structured, collaborative, and open conversations among participants.
In addition to the table sessions, participants attended hands-on workshops hosted by partners from Google and TikTok, which provided practical insights into emerging technologies and marketing strategies relevant to fast-scaling digital platforms.
Beyond the program content, RMEP Unite also created space for informal exchange, peer learning, and cross-company networking. Whether during meals, the evening program, or the group activities, the event fostered an atmosphere of openness and shared ambition among the diverse set of entrepreneurs and leaders across the RMEP portfolio.
